Refund and Return Policy

At TejXon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Product Condition To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, exactly as you received it.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution.

Return Shipping Cost Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Items Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original packaging.
